***Considera que 12,50 es un importante soporte, que aunque a veces lo toca y se ejecuta alguna orden no lo pierde.
Pero si lo perdiera quiere vender sus acciones.***
Aunque de ningún modo las vendería por debajo de 12,40 euros por acción.

I think support can be used but I'm not sure. But really my question is about the bit between asterisks, I'm not really sure what it's saying, although the last part is perfectly clear.
