V diagnostice vám velmi pomůže, pokud věnujete čas pochopení stížnosti zákazníka a získáte veškeré podrobnosti. Nejlepší osobou pro poskytnutí podrobných informací o závadě je zákazník (majitel vozu, řidič), a to platí zejména u závad s nepravidelným výskytem.
