Project file can't be read.

Hello, I'm new on OmegaT.

I've followed the quick explanation given about the first step. And then, I'm stucked after creating my project. I got two informations :
1. Impossible to create a project
2. Impossible to read the project file.

Would you, please, help me on this case ?
