Auto-concordance has suddenly stopped working.

I don't know what's happened. Suddenly, out of nowhere the autoconcordance function doesn't update with each new segment. I've checked all the "usual suspects" and options. Everything is ticked, so nothing has changed.

Interestingly, autoconcordance works perfectly when automated translation is turned off. Once i turn MT engines on in the list of MT providers, it again refuses to work with each new segment. What's happened? Has anyone had a problem of this sort? How did you cure it?
