My interest in translation began while studying for my
Bachelor’s degree in the Spanish language and minor in Latin American studies.
I studied abroad for two semesters in Chile and Ecuador before graduating a
semester early, Cum Laude, from Salisbury University. I then returned to Chile
for one year to work at Valpo Surf Project, teaching English, surfing, and
environmental awareness to at-risk youth in Valparaiso, Chile.

I worked as a paralegal and in-house interpreter/ translator at Konare Law, an immigration firm in Frederick, Maryland from June 2016 to October 2017. 

Since then I have
studied and refined my abilities to make sure that my work is accurate. I
taught myself various translation softwares, became an eligible Maryland Court
Interpreter in June 2017, have taken online translation workshops and classes,
and done everything in my power to better myself in the field of translation.

            I
am now currently working as a freelance translator while traveling in South America, to build my
business opportunities.

My personal experience includes extensive world travel and
experience in other cultures and languages, specifically in Latin America. I am
eager to continue learning through my professional career, and in return I
offer a multi-faceted viewpoint as well as skills developed by my travels.

I am excited to help with all immigration translation needs, as well as other document types on a case-by-case basis.
