First, do you know how to say "I love you" in Japanese? If you don't know it, did you Google or DeepL it? Thank you. The answer you got is wrong from my point of view because the perfect answer is...uncertain until we get the context. In other words, there are almost infinite ways to say I love you in Japanese, surprisingly. So, it means that if you fall in love with a Japanese person and look for how to say "I love you" in Japanese, you should not rely on Google, DeepL or other machine translations, which can never, ever return perfect translation for even just three critical words, "I love you". This is just an example. The Japanese language is so unique that native Japanese speakers and/or even professional Japanese linguists are not aware of the structure well because it relies highly on context, and therefore, you need to select a truly GIFTED translator, like a gifted singer, dancer, painter, athlete...etc., who shows excellent performance by nature. Good amount of effort to develop and continue to improve language skills should be made continuously, of course as a professional, but the efforts alone are not enough, unfortunately. However, rest assured that you've just found the one :)

Communication has been increasingly important in many situations including business, and it has been getting more and more important including "written communication".  No matter how great your product or service is, if the description, manual, marketing text, email notification, help center, academy, website, blog, etc. is/are incomplete, it will affect the sales. For example, you may lose the trust of your customers, or in the worst case scenario, you may offend your customers and make them angry due to poor translation/writing. Even for source text, I always give my clients feedback and suggestions whenever I find something important to be changed or improved, which have been much appreciated by them for my consulting approach). There are tools that automatically correct typos and grammatical errors, but there are NO tools that can correct subtle emotional mistakes or out-of-tune notes in translation/writing because they are invisible! In fact, many people (unfortunately, including professionals, and not to mention cutting-edge AI machine translations such as Google and DeepL) don't even realize that they're wrong. 

Are you still satisfied with the translations which SEEM TO be fine, but actually, just replaced from one language to another? Are the translations really accurate and perfect considering invisible factors such as emotions of the target audience, comfortable or suitable rhythm and wording, marketing (psychological) effect, as well as visible and technical factors such as SEO? Or, on the contrary, are they not too aggressive in the marketing context? (say, in light of legal aspects? e.g. tightened regulations in crypto market) If those factors are not considered/expressed well in the translations (and/or the source text), it may hurt the BRAND IMAGE of your company/products/services, leading to lower sales, conversion rate, engagement, or warning in the worst case (e.g. in light of legal aspects)...
