The Turf has some quiet rooms at the back, whereas Browns may be quite noisy and if we're at a round table... Will you leave a message at Browns to send any lost souls on to the Turf? Shall we say first person at Turf seeks out a good spot and asks bar staff to point others in the direction of the translators' table? Who knows, summer may even have arrived and we could sit outside!

Besides, I'd rather not mingle with the drinking crowd on a Sat evening. What if we meet at the Turf Tavern (good suggestion, DC) Sat afternoon around 3.30pm?

I agree with the Turf tavern - or Angel and Greyhound, although this one is not really nice for sitting outside as far as I know. If people are coming from a distance then it seems sensible to have this in the afternoon.
