On the agency blue board, I set the \"Browse by country\" option to \"United States.\" The list is filtered as expected.



However, if I click on the \"Next 40\" spot on the bottom to view the rest of the list, my country selection is reset to ALL and I just get to see the next 40 agencies on the list.



I believe it would be more helpful if a user\'s country selection were kept active until changed or the user exits this area.
