No, no tiene hueso! Pero el entrecote es una parte del "t-bone steak" (mismo corte que el "porter house"). Si mirás la foto (http://www.beefretail.org/uDocs/1369T-Bone Steak.jpg), fijate la parte más chica de la costeleta, si la sacás del hueso y la servís separada, es el entrecote. De ahí la confusión.
