: Most natural. Also, avoids the violent word "hit" which the original lacks. Humanities seems a bit awkward, though. How about souls? "He sends an arrow that sails straight to its mark, the souls of all those present."

Since this is literature, and the overtone is slightly ironic/pejorative/humorous, I would perhaps word it like that. It is clear that the shots have not killed them, because in that case the sentence would have been worded differently, I think.
Just an idea and another option.
