Δεν ξέρω αν υπάρχει πιο κατάλληλος όρος στην ιατρική, πάντως κατάκλιση είναι το ξάπλωμα στο κρεβάτι.

reclining

A bit more scientific. Or you could say, "with the patient in a reclining position."

The Greek for supine is ύπτιος. That means flat on your back, whereas κατακεκλιμμένος means lying back at an angle.
