Spanish term

que tiene muy bien integrado lo que es correcto

Spanish to English Art/Literary Psychology psychological evaluation report
Appears in a psychological evaluation report of a male teenager, and the whole phrase reads
"JE parece ser un joven que tiene muy bien integrado lo que es correcto; cuando no actua de acuerdo a lo que el considera adecuado, tiende a sentirse culpable."

The kid comes from a wealthy family -don't know if knowing that serves any purpose.

Again, MTIA.

has a very good idea of what's right or wrong

Sometimes you have to culturally adapt the text, so that it sounds as natural in English as in Spanish.

My version would be as follows:
"JE seems to be a young man that knows the difference between right or wrong; when he does not act according to what he may consider proper, he tends to feel guilty."

Hope this helps!

Let me incorporate the corrections and suggestion of my colleague, Kim.

"JE seems to be a young man that knows the difference between right and wrong..."

or as Mediametrix put it:

"JE seems to be a young who has a clear understanding of the difference between right and wrong..."

That your help you plenty, Claudia!!!
