Spanish term

Patrimonio del Bien Inmueble Federal

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general) notary public
This is taken from a notary public document with Mexican origin. Considering "FEDERAL HERITAGE REAL ESTATE BUILDING" but I'm leaning towards that this sounds absolutely wrong. Please advise.

Discussion

delveneto Oct 13, 2009:
According to my research, "patrimonio" here is not related to "heritage" or "patrimony", but to the property assets that belong to the federal government.

Please, see the doc below:
http://www.indaabin.gob.mx/leyinfo/marco/Compilacion/TESOFE/...
"PROCEDIMIENTO PARA PONER A DISPOSICION DE LA SECRETARIA DE CONTRALORIA Y DESARROLLO ADMINISTRATIVO (SECODAM) LOS BIENES INMUEBLES QUE ADMINISTRA LA TESORERIA DE LA FEDERACION (TESOFE) RECIBIDOS MEDIANTE DACIONES EN PAGO DE CREDITOS FISCALES PARA QUE SEAN INCORPORADOS AL PATRIMONIO INMOBILIARIO FEDERAL A TRAVES DE LA COMISION DE AVALUOS DE BIENES NACIONALES. Thank you too, Rayan.
Note from asker:
Thank you delveneto, emma, and eski. Both notes were really insightful and through those, I was able decide that this was the best choice that is the most relevant to the rest of the text. I'm confident with the choice: Federal Real Property Assets.

Spanish term (edited): Patrimonio del Inmueble Federal

of the Federal Government

In notary pubic documents, Lic. Fulano de Tal, Notario Publico No. uno y del "Patrimonio Inmueble Federal", this means that the notary public also works for the federal government, so it would be translated as: "Attorney-at-law, John Doe, Notary Public No. one and of the Federal Government".
Example sentence:

Lic. Fulano de Tal, Notario Publico No. uno y del "Patrimonio Inmueble Federal",

"Attorney-at-law, John Doe, Notary Public No. one and of the Federal Government"

agree Rebecca Viezel Ortega : My "Aha" moment! Especially because this is exactly what we thought but since I'd never seen it before, dared to doubt! Am glad to have the assistance of my very talented and knowledgeable peers when unsure of a term!
