I'd like to comment on the "best endeavors contract" translation: While the difference in wording may not seem like a big deal, legally speaking "best endeavors," "reasonable endeavors" and "all reasonable endeavors" are very different terms. If you choose to go with that translation please keep in mind that there is not enough context to know which one of these terms would be most appropriate under the circumstances of the contract, but you can check the link below and decide for yourself.
