Spanish term

también preclusivo

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general)
Hey folks, any ideas on this?

Your suggestions are appreciated!

non-extendible term; term which cannot be extended

Thomas West also suggests "absolute deadline," along the same lines.

The idea is that the report must be submitted within 30 days, no matter what.

1 day 1 hr

With equal mandatory nature of the time limit laid before

In this case, the first condition imposed over the 10 days limit is carried over to the second time limit of 30 days and are connected via "también preclusivo" term.
