A mí me gusta más "set forth hereunder" pero, ya digo, es sólo cuestión de gustos.

neutral philgoddard : This is awfully legalistic, and it's not "hereunder", which means "below this". In plain English, it's "this term".

Under this Agreement / these terms, etc. means in virtue of/ as set forth in this Agreement / these terms, etc. Yes, it's really legalistic, but since it's a sentence in a contract...
agree MollyRose : I think the asker's translation is fine, too. Although hereunder is fine, I would also prefer "herein."
