Spanish term

pasa por definir a lo largo y ancho de toda ella una estrella

Spanish to English Bus/Financial CRM gobbledegook
Polarizar toda la cadena de valor hacia una misma estrella: La única fórmula que existe para poner toda una cadena de valor al servicio de la excelencia de su relación con el cliente verdadero ***pasa por definir a lo largo y ancho de toda ella una estrella*** (compendio de misión, visión y valores inter-empresariales), capaz de poner el interés colectivo por encima de los individuales y de catalizar la creación conjunta de valor

I've got yards of this management consultancy gobbledegook and occasionally I come across something like this that makes even less sense than the rest of it. Can anybody figure out what kind of a star must be defined throughout where?

TIA, MJ

comes about by specifying one star (objective) throughout every part of it (service value chain)

If you note, "esetrella" apparently is defined in the parentheses that follow the word "estrella" later in the paragraph.

guiding light

what about playing around with the concept of guiding light? (i.e. the ever-present light that will guide the workers along the path that leads to the creation of value?!
Rather you than me... good luck :-)

major, main topic

maybe the word is being used as a noun but in its adjective definition
eg, tema estrella de la discussion, coche estrella de la gama (oxford dictionary)
