This is a court document relating to the matter of a forged private document. On several occasions it refers to the fact that this forged document was "introducido en el tráfico jurídico":
"La querellada usó las dos versiones del documento en España, y las introdujo en España en el tráfico jurídico."
"En España fue utilizado e introducido en el tráfico jurídico, dado que indiciariamente consta su existencia en territorio español"
"Al introducir en España el tráfico jurídico el documento, se vulneró el deber de veracidad, y la prohibición de poner en circulación un documento inauténtico."
It later says the same thing but talks, instead, about the "tráfico comercial".
