Spanish term

OVA or DVA

Spanish to English Medical Medical (general) postoperative septic shock treatment
This is an ICU discharge report from a hospital in Zaragoza, Spain. The patient had surgery for a perforated ulcer and is in the ICU post-op. (Sorry, I can't use accents!) The sentence in the blurry photocopy is: "La paciente ingresa en UCI con inestabilidad hemodinamica por que se inicia relleno vascular y uso de a dosis progresivas con mal control, taquicardia, " etc.

Anne Louise (asker) Mar 13, 2016:
Aha! That is exactly what I did! Lesson learned - thanks!
Charles Davis Mar 13, 2016:
Anne Did you by any chance put it in pointed brackets (<>)? If so, that would explain it. I've come across this before; apparently text in pointed brackets is omitted.
Anne Louise (asker) Mar 13, 2016:
I don't know how that happened! The missing acronym is a blurry QVA or DVA, a dosis progresivas...
lorenab23 Mar 13, 2016:
@ Anne Where is the acronym in the sentence provided, am I missing something?
