SU012662 (M1) and SU012487 (M2E) were the major metabolites identified in urine samples.
Parent drug, M8, and M9 were also identified in urine.

Other minor metabolites included N-glucuronide of the parent drug (M6), N-desethyl SU012662 (M3, SU014335), and products from hydroxylation on the aromatic ring system and the aliphatic moieties, both free and as glucuronide and sulfate conjugates.

In feces, SU012662 and SU011248 were also the major drug-related materials found in the pooled samples.

Other fecal metabolites included M8, M9, and monohydroxylated metabolites.

Small amounts of radioactive components, shown as chromatographic peaks with longer retention times than the parent drug, were also noted in the extract of the urine and fecal samples.
