Führung is the workpiece From that website, the machine is used to cut guide rails to length, so "guidance," as an action or conceptual feature, would not be appropriate. See my answer for more explanation.

@Darin I've been searching the company's website https://www.silvercut.de/de/produkte without much luck. Looks like they are working on verbiage (that's my impression by looking at their product categories).

Could be But a "Führung" could be other things, too, like a rail or a track or a lead or a guideway. Do you have any instances of "Führung" by itself?

From the manufacturer's website, this is a machine used to cut guide rails to length. See the reference for the use of "cut-off machine" instead of "cutting machine." This makes it clear that the machine is just for simply cutting to length, not shaping or other fancy cuts.
