Align the bore of the arm liner with the corresponding bore of the mounting hole in the support arm.
Remove the support arm and gate arm support plate
Align the horizontal and vertical drilled holes in the support arm

An aerial work platform (or similar device) will be required to access the arm liner and support liner.
To install the arm liner, proceed as follows.
