I'm wondering about the "substitutiva" part of this name.

I would have gone with this option, but the text later started talking about "modificaciones a la normativa técnica sanitaria sustitutiva", and "changes/modifications to the amendments to the Health and Technical Regulations" would have been quite wordy indeed. So in the end I went with "Replacement Technical Health Regulations" so I could use "amendments" with that name. Another option would have been "Amended Technical Health Regulations" (for future reference). Thanks, I wish I could award points to more than one answerer. |
