"Si quieren organizar un coffee-break o una comida durante su jornada de trabajo, ponemos a su disposición, sin coste añadido, nuestra sala de barricas o lobby bodega"
This is a text from a winery that intends to rent out daytime facilities for e.g company events etc.
I have no idea what they mean by "lobby bodega"

This is actually English rather than Spanish. Here are some examples that I found by searching for the phrase on Google Images:

The wine may or may not be for sale.

: You can't add speculation about how the room might be decorated without knowing more information. A customer lobby might be like this, but this is for a corporate space. It's also described as more of a break room than an entrance or visitor lobby.

: I think you have overdecorated it or overspeculated; it might, it might not...could be minimalist for all we know

So, depending on the country the source text is from, this may very, especially in terms of exactly what the word "bodega" refers to. But in Spain, a bodega in most contexts refers to a winery in general/as a whole. The lobby here could simply be the exactly that, a lobby, i.e. a generic hall space. Perhaps where the entrances to meeting rooms or hallways converge where people can sit for a bit, have a coffee and chat. An in-between space, essentially.
The addition of "bodega" in particular could highlight, as some others here suggest, a more wine-themed room, especially as the other room they make available for guests is a barrel room. While many wineries may have traditional rooms such as these, wineries, at least in Spain, can be surprisingly corporate-looking spaces, with rooms and spaces that are not unlike most business centres.
However we cannot ignore the word "bodega" here, which (depending on the country and how traditional the winery is) very well could refer to a sort of vaulted-ceiling-type cellar area. But this is really speculation now.
Either way, it could be more of a lounge area, especially as they mention having a coffee break there. My guess is that their "sala de barricas" is a formal dining room and their "lobby bodega" is a more casual, generic lounge space.
Without pictures or further explanation, we simply do not know exactly how to describe this room. Because of this ambiguity and because of the good and accurate impression your client may wish to make to their guests, I highly recommend raising this with the client if possible. Ask for an image.
You could also simply Google the winery and see if this facility is listed on their site with more details or pictures, but if it's still not clear, query.
I recently visited a winery in Spain myself, operated by Bodegas Protos. The attached picture is not necessarily what they term their lobby but it's the sort of thing I'm picturing for your query. They had plenty of rooms, many were a lot plainer than this and looked essentially like classrooms or lounge areas.

: This is pure speculation, which is what you accused me of. Unlike you, I provided two relevant pictures of spaces described as lobby bodegas.
