Une traduction à la lettre serait ‘a coming’ que je pense que vous ne vous harderais à mettre sur le papier.

First thing that came to my mind, a light one:
identify the talents that (really) soot you (the best).
I also thought about sthg with "sleigh/sleighing" but might not match with the tone of the text.
