1. Is your source text an OCR (optical character recognition), hand written, transcribed and/or typed? I ask because sometimes OCR and some transcriptions can make a real mess of a text making it fun and games to decipher. If this is OCR then 'O/DS' may be something completely different and not some sort of acronym as we are assuming.
2. The layout of the text in the question is a bit unusual. For example, there is no full stop after 'prurit' and a large gap before 'O/DS'. There is also a large gap between 'en' and 'AR'. Is this how it appears in the source text?
Les traitements suivants auraient en plus des actions antifongiques et anti-inflammatoires, pour but de soulager les démangeaisons et réduire l'odeur.

I'm not sure I understand the ointment part of your answer (I'm possibly reading it all wrong).
Do you mean that 'O/DS visage et cc' means Ointment/Seborrheic Dermatitis on the face and scalp ie Ointment Dermatitis or Seborrheic Dermatitis on the face and scalp? Ointment dermatitis doesn't make sense to me. Alternatively, do you mean that it is short for Ointment for treating Seborrheic Dermatitis on the face and scalp? The problem I have with this is that although nutradeica is available as a gel, Kelual DS antifungal and nystatin (nyst I think) are available in many forms not just ointment and the Prednisone (predni possibly) is a tablet.
