General vs. Special Agent

No need for all caps.

Esp, Mex. universal agent > A person empowered to do anzthing a principal could do personally, Mex. etc. SPA> Am. ENG, West.

Note that this a General Attorney in Fact rather than an Attorney at Law and that the contrast and distinction drawn in the UK is between a General and Special Agent. Compare a Special or Federal Agent in the USA.
Example sentence:

general agent noun 1 : one employed to transact generally all legal business entrusted by a principal 2 : an insurance company agent working within a specified area

In the United States, a special agent or federal agent is an investigator or detective for a governmental or independent agency, who primarily serves in criminal investigatory positions.

UNIVERSAL AGENT

Reference:
Spanish-English Dictionary of Law and Business, 2nd Edition - Thomas L. West III

Definition given by Mr. West:
A person empowered to do anything the principal could do personally. The universal agent's authority to act on behalf of the principal is virtually unlimited.

Hope this helps.

neutral AllegroTrans : Mr. West is an option, but your CL is OTT
