Spanish term

C/H

Spanish to English Medical Medical: Pharmaceuticals Peruvian hospital care report
Good afternoon! I'm working on a Peruvian "reporte de atención hospitalaria". One of the items in the list of pharmacy supplies reads "FILTRO ANTIBACT HMEF C/H" 352/5855. I've looked up the term "HMEF antibacterial filter", but I don't see any information about what the "C/H" stands for.
Here are some of the items above and below the item:

BD CATETER INTRAV 20 SOP
ELECTRODO ADULTO REF 2228 3M
EQUIPO VENOCLISIS - NIPRO
EXTEN VALVULADA 50CM DISCOFIX
FILTRO ANTIBACT HMEF "C/H" 352-5855
MASCARA P/OXIGEN C/R ADULTO
TEGADERM 6 X 7CM (1624)

As always, a thousand thanks!

heat and moisture, heat and moisture exchange, HME

When looking up your term, I found that HMEF stood for "heat and moisture exchange filter", also abbreviated as HME filter.

In a users manual for a Phillips ventilator, I found the phrase:

and the definition:

HME: Intercambiador de calor y humedad

I suggest that C/H is an abbreviation for "calor y humedad".

Spanish term (edited): FILTRO ANTIBACT HMEF C/H

bacterial/HME filter

HMEs vs. HMEFs

Explicación:

Passive humidifiers are disposable heat and moisture exchangers (HME), some with a particle filter. (...) HMEF, Heat-and-Moisture Exchanger Filter.

• Heat and Moisture Exchanger (HME)
• those in current use are generally combined with a microbiological filter, hence they are called HME filters (HMEF)

C/H (Conventional Humidification)

As the colleagues said, HMEF = heat and moisture exchange filter
The whole sentence would read "Antibacterial HMEF with C/H"
