Spanish term
circuito interno y circuito externo
Spanish to English
Medical
Medical (general)

internal and external pathway
I assume 'traslado' refers to the different people and departments that deal with the patient, rather than how the patient gets from A to B.
You could also say journey.

patient flow / internal and external patient transportation

FWIW I don't think "pathway" suits here, see:

Following the results of distribution fitting, the patients can be divided into different groups according to their LOS in the same unit. By analyzing each group to find out its common characteristics, ******intra-hospital transfer routes*****, admission and discharge situations, the associations among significant factors, the LOS and the treatment efficiency are evaluated.
