Maker is used by Notaries Public Translatlantically, Deed in the USA referring to a dealing in land only.

Muchas preguntas hacia el español no tienen contexto, y casi ninguna precisa a qué país va destinada. Está claro que eso nos hace perder mucho tiempo.
