"The decision made in “the first physical plan (under the Physical Planning Act) that provides for “housing, roads, flood relief control works etc” is considered ‘crucial’ and has to undergo the procedure of EIA" (EIA= Environmental Impact Assessment)
What is the proper Dutch translation for 'flood relief control works'? I couldn't figure this out. A translation of the first three words of the term will also do.
