English to Dutch Law/Patents Law: Patents, Trademarks, Copyright

Participant confirms that he/she will or may have access to certain valuable proprietary information, know-how, trade secrets and other confidential information in connection with the operations and plans of Company, including but without limitation to any and all records, customer or client products, computer programs, data, intellectual property, patent applications, trade secrets, customer or client lists, customer or client databases, attorney-work product, video programs and programming, proprietary information, technology, pricing policies, financial information, methods of doing business, policy and/or procedure manuals, training and recruiting procedures, accounting procedures, the status and content of Company’s contracts with its customers and clients, Company’s business philosophy, and servicing methods and techniques at any time used, developed, or investigated by Company, before or during Participant’s relationship with Company or other information of any kind expressed or recorded on any medium arising out of, concerning, or acquired in connection with the research, development, commercialization and other activities of Company (all of which is hereinafter referred to collectively herein as “Confidential Information”).
