I am working on a translation about inclusion and diversity and a reference is made to "challenge culture", this means a culture in a company where employees feel free to challenge each other on non-inclusive behaviour. I find the use of "challenge" as a verb quite difficult as well, as "betwisten" sounds so formal and "bekritiseren" does not seem to hit the spot either. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
