Ook is het belangrijk dat de gaten in uw bal behoorlijk wordt geboord en gepast zodat uw duim en vingers precies in de bal passen zodat u hen ontspannen kunt houden. Het ontspannen houden van uw vingers en duim in de bal is de sleutel aan van de vrije armzwaai!
