Desinfioituja alueita ei saa huuhdella
In warnings and prohibitions we usually use an impersonal form, not the imperative (älä). I would also use desinfioitu instead of sanitoitu.

The imperative is very impolite in Finnish, so if you use it, you have to be sure you mean it. Eg "Mene pois!" (go away) is impolite and you can only say it if somebody is bothering you. Of course, it all depends on the tone, but usually we add "ole hyvä" if we want to be polite: "istu, ole hyvä" = sit down, please. Or "vastaa mahdollisimman pian, kiitos" = call me, please. Nowadays impersonal forms are extremely common in Finnish. That's why it's best here as well. The imperative is mostly used in orders.

It sounds a bit weird in my mouth still... What are the other options for "rinse" and "sanitized" that you have in mind, or where are you going to use this sentence?

I think "kiillotettu" is also correct. And if it's a warning, I also think the passive form is better. But it depends on the context, you could also use "älä huuhtele"... I also think it would be nice to know some more context and which terms you have in mind.
