Jeg endte med å bruke 'pasientnær del av type BF', som jeg fant noen få eksempler på på norsk. Det er mulig det er andre uttrykk for dette i bruk. Tenkte bare jeg skulle skrive en liten kommentar her for fremtidige kudoz-søk..
