Eu nu am mai întâlnit termenul până acum. Cred că e o metodă destul de rar folosită.

Pentru add back, ca termen contabil, Termium sugerează "réintégrer".

Sunt aproape sigur că la noi astfel de scamatorii nu sunt permise şi, probabil din acest motiv, nici nu există un termen consacrat (în orice caz, nu unul pe care să-l consemneze şi dicţionarele de specialitate).

Sigur, o posibilitate ar fi şi "ajustare" (adjustement), termen care apare la link-ul indicat, dar cred că folosirea lui aici ar pute crea confuzii fiindcă "ajustare" se foloseşte deja cu un alt sens.
