Mark-up shall mean the total amount to be added to the OBE-amount in order to arrive at the Contract Price for Construction. The Mark-up shall be expressed as a percentage of the OBE amount and shall include all Contractor’s commercial price elements not included in the OBE amount, such as but not limited to profit, contingency allowance, risk allowance, overheads, cost of bank guarantees, tax and insurances as far as within Contractors scope.
