Then 100 µl aliquots of each sample dilution were transferred to one of eight wells of a sterile flat-bottom polystyrene plate (Nunc) on an already prepared cell sheet. Afterwards 100 µl of MEM containing 5 µg/ml trypsin (Difco 1:250) and 10 % tryptose phosphate broth were added to each aliquot. The cell suspension used for this cell sheet contained approx. 104 MA 104 cells per well.
