If P2 plug contacted the tube ID but the plug did not “POP”, a second stroke of the Hydraulic Ram is necessary

If the P2 does not "POP" on the second stroke of the Ram, or if the pressure gauge on the pump reaches approximately 7500 psi (515 Bar) before the plug "POPS", or if the breakaway fractures on the side opposite the undercut STOP! THE PLUG IS TOO SMALL.

Problem: P2 Plug does not “POP” after second stroke of hydraulic ram
Cause: Heat Exchanger tube is not expanded (rolled or similar) into the tubesheet
