Good morning Ramey. This is apparently the case; this is not explained in detail anywhere in the text though. It says elsewhere "Wir weisen ausdrücklich auf unsere allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen und Feldprobebedingungen hin".

Field test conditions
The prerequisite for the permission for a field test use shall be the conclusion of a valid purchase contract where all delivery and payment terms and
conditions have been agreed upon in binding manner. The order with all its agreed terms and conditions shall only become legally valid by the written order
confirmation.
The field test shall be carried out and monitored by company staff or a representative together with the customer. The test period shall be limited to the single
use of the machine – to a maximum of one working day. If the machine provides the functions and performances to be expected under normal weather and
operating conditions, it shall be deemed to have been accepted by the purchaser according to the purchase contract. If the machine is used by the purchaser
for more than one day, it shall also be deemed to have been accepted.
The purchaser shall have the right to return the machine to us if it has not fulfilled the specified requirements. In such case, the machine shall be immediately
returned to us or to the address specified by us in clean condition carriage paid and at the purchaser's risk.
The purchase price shall be exclusively paid to us upon acceptance and invoicing, unless otherwise agreed upon in the purchase contract.
