take-up tendency for the early retirement scheme

Bjørnar is, of course, right, but in this case, I am not sure that withdrawal is appropriate, because it could be understood as those who do not avail themselves of the opportunity to take early retirement under the AFP scheme. AFP is, as we probably aware, the early retirement scheme laid in the general tariff agreement.
Example sentence:

It may also mean that the tendency to take-up an ESSP account increases over time because employees have become more familiar with the ESSPs

Withdrawal tendency AFP

This is how it was translated in a BKK annual report. I can confirm "withdrawal" for "uttak", i.e. is the Report to the Storting "Opptjening og uttak av alderspensjon i folketrygden." translated as "Earning and Withdrawal of Old-Age Pension in the National Insurance System."
Example sentence:

Withdrawal tendency AFP. 40.0 %. (Amounts in NOK million).

Peer comment(s):

(http://www.bedin.no/php/d_nyhet/cf/hApp_201/hPKey_1854/hDKey...

early retirement scheme opt-in rate

This assumes 62 is followed by the Norwegian word for year.

Tendency, surely, is a misnomer here, as Brigid above has picked up on, and a pension is taken up, whilst a scheme is opted into.

Example sentence:

Take-up rate on civil service retirement scheme lower than expected from China ... funding was sufficient to cover 7000 positions taking early retirement. ...

Do-It-Yourself – In recent months, Internet marketers have been complaining about declining opt-in rates but the truth is that many web developers ignore ...
