Discussion
I can not understand the what/why/how's in massaging the liver of fish.
My ponderings go in direction of making the bits and pieces of fish liver into a more uniform mass.
Without seeing the full picture, including the style of writing and semantics used by the author, this is as far as I can go on this one.
I would recommend sending a request for clarification to the client.
