Norwegian term

eierseksjonene

Norwegian to English Law/Patents Government / Politics administration of state enterprises
Sometimes the word is translated as "condominium" but I am not sure that this applies.

Sentence given:
"Fram til medio 2011 roterte lederskapet av forumet mellom saksbehandlerne, mens i dag ledes Eierforum av en eierskapskoordinator, og det er satt sammen av representanter fra eierseksjonene."
Proposed translations (English)
4 owner-tenant section
3 condominium

Thanks, Norskpro. I think we are on the right track.
Norskpro Dec 31, 2014:
Perhaps "eierseksjoner" refers to the different types (sections, areas) of business represented by the (around) 50 business managers? "NHOs Eierforum består av omkring 50 bedriftsledere som alle er personlige eiere."
Paul Lambert (asker) Dec 31, 2014:
I should have provided more context Here we are talking about Norwegian state-run enterprises, many of which are open to private investors who take partial ownership. The various government ministries have set up Institutional Investor Forums for the owners to meet and communicate. If you can stand by "condominium" in this context, then I will accept it too, but I should emphasis that we are not talking about tenant-owned flats.

If you are translating to US English, then the definition of condominium fits eierseksjon. If UK English, then self-owned flat or apartment
