Norwegian term

B-post

Norwegian to English Tech/Engineering IT (Information Technology)
Context: electronic record management and e-mail transmissions.
Normally this term refers to regular letter post "Economy Class post", but this can't apply when you're talking about e-mail, can it? What does "B-post" mean in the context of electronic mail?

"Saksbehandler skal på hvilket som helst nivå i mappestrukturen i e-postløsningen kunne journalføre og arkivere B-post."

Third class mail, economy mail, bulk rate mail

They are talking about mass e-mailing here.
I would use bulk e-mail as an idiom
