The full name of Trygdeetaten's register is "Arbeidsgiver- og arbeidstakerregisteret" They often refer to it as "Aa-registeret". I have not been able to find an English name for it, and there may not be one. I suggest that you use Register of Employers and Employees (of the National Insurance Service)
