I have spoken with a colleague and he confirms that it is 'Committee'. Apparently, in the Supreme Court there is a committee that makes decisions on cases. But, do you really need to translate this abbreviation?

Although it is correct that Utv. is an abbreviation for Utvalg, it could also be an abbreviation for something else. In this case, Brigid's suggestion makes more sense to me. What do you think? |
