: The prefix "oro" means conc. the mouth. There are "smeltetabletter" that are intended to be inserted in other places. "Aspartam" in context indicates that "oro" is right.

Or just simply "melting tablets" - I believe it is a matter of how 'scientific' you want it to sound, whom you are addressing, etc. (colloquial/layman vs technical).

Christian is right - the use of the text will determine the translation. Tara´s suggestion of orodispersible is appropiate for a text addressing medics or as correct technical description of the drug. But if it´s a text addressing ordinary people, (or, eg., the 'directions for use' section of the drug leaflet inside the packet), his option is more suitable; however, I would say 'fast-melt' and 'fast-melting' (also 'fast melting'). Further options are 'rapid-melt', 'instant melt', 'fast-dissolving' ....
