shootout - hail of bullets

Ej.: ocurrió una balacera en la Calle 32 = there was a shootout on 32nd Street.

Ej.: Fue víctima de una balacera = She was killed by a hail of bullets.

maybe \"a hail of bullets\", if not an actual battle between two or more people.

\"Shootout\" should not be used unless both sides are shooting.
