Spanish term

"Exención en sede"

Spanish to English Other Law: Taxation & Customs Tax
Is the "en sede" superflous? or is there a specific way of expressing this? (while google is by no means the be all and end all, *exención en sede* only gets 137 hits...)

Thank you!

Thank you!!! I thought this was probably the case, but wanted to be safe!
John Rynne Feb 27, 2011:
FVS is right It's rubbish thrown in to make it sound fancier. Read "exención en el Estado de residencia .."
FVS (X) Feb 27, 2011:
Just means exemption in. Ignore sede. Superfluous verbiage.
